Ageing
How difficult it is to own up your age
If your heart is young and fun
How difficult it is to slow down the pace
Once you have been in a race.
But, of course, we have to give an earnest thought
To our ageing eyes, ears and reflexes,
And let not the heart alone have its way
Though an audience to it cannot be denied any way!
