Mental.
Physical and greed abuses.
Has begun to expose,
What entitlements put on hold...
Can reveal about a society,
Unfamiliar with discipline.
Or a giving of collective respect,
Absent to prioritize.
As the downturn of the economy,
Shows what is valued most.

Abuses unleashed,
Within the minds of the people...
Increasing to deplete,
Patience.
And a claimed 'Christian' way,
To obey it lived with Faith to give.
Seems these days to be less displayed.
As a threatening virus,
Named to be called 'covid-19'...
Has taken over not only innocent lives,
By death and more threats of it.
But also those,
Finding it difficult to adjust...
To a life,
Temporarily to sacrifice a normality...
Many find impossible to do.

Since that normalcy not to have it...
Has them performing the 'reality',
Of who they are to be.
When their selfish needs,
Are not instantly met.
Or have within reach to quickly delude!
