Aches Won't Last Forever Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Aches Won't Last Forever

Rating: 4.5

A-ches won't last forever,
B-ad days don't ever stay;
E-ach and every pain
G-rows not but fade away.
E-vening shadows disappear,
A-s anguish passes by;
L-ife's misery will end so will the darkened sky.

A-ches won't last forever,
P-ure delight shall succeed;
A-ffliction shall come to a close
T-o give way to joy instead.
A-gony will turn into paradise, torment into heaven;
N-inth day of May will allow the closed door to open.

E-xcruciation will vanish,
S-adness shall say goodbye;
T-eardrops in the sad eyes
E-ven drift to stop the cry.
L-onely night won't remain,
L-ong cold chill will be over;
A-nother new dawn will shine, aches won't last forever.
