You are what brings me strength
and yet what kills me dead
heavenly humming in my ear
hellish screeching in my head
Like an acid based revival
you keep me alive just to kill me more
my blood circulates safely within
but my emotions are sprawled on the floor.
I need your voice like I
need a bullet through the skull
I need your touch like I
need oxygen, a pull.
your laughter keeps hearts pumping
your crying crushes lungs
feeling clean but feeling helpless
like a rag that's since been rung
you poison, you virus, you parasite!
how can i willingly admit
I need you in my life?
I rant I rage I cry
I know somethings not right.
I'm pregnant with blind fury
but I know this is not fair
You stay by my side killing me
only because you care.
And just when I feel so hopeless
Like I'll never make it through
I look into wet eyes and realize...
I'm killing you too...
