There may be many who remember,
When respect was a given.
And received to get.
There may be many who remember,
A writing of a letter.
Before the inventing of the internet.
There may be many who still receive,
A telephone call.
Without looking first,
At their caller I.D.

There may be many with kept faith to believe,
The changes made by advancing technology...
Is progress made to achieve,
A future bright as broad daylight.

Although...
Enlightenment to enhance consciousness,
Seems to leave many more thoughtless.
In a darkness less aware,
How dangerous a mind can be...
If committed to waste and decadence to delude,
That a life to live it...
Honest and truthfully,
Had once been done by aging fools too old.
To be used as tools or sex objects.
