Advice - Poem by Audrey Heller

You can give people advice, but
some won't take it, no matter what
you say! Even if they know, they're
headed for a fall, they're going to
back away. Some people, haven't
the capacity, to listen to the truth
and think they're going to be just
fine. Others, are more capable and
can see, the pit falls, down the line.
You're never too old, to listen and
take advice, as we all have problems
of our own. It doesn't matter, if you're
a teenager, or fully grown. It's good to
listen to another persons point of view.
Not only may it be something of
importance, but it can also be, a great
help to you!

Good advice you handing out, Audrey and I think most people will take it to heart. I know that I for one, even at my age, still take advise, that is, good advise and put it to work. A very good poem. (Report) Reply

Very common idea is put elegantly. The poem is a didactic one. I am cent percent agree with you at the importance of a good advice. The poem is really thought provoking.
    Great write.
