One of the attributes of affinity is one being drawn steadily to something for which we have affection. As Christians we should always be growing closer to the ultimate source of beauty, The Greatest Poet, the Author of the Divine Poetry which is written into creation!

Poetry is perhaps the greatest music I have ever heard and visa versa! I love how you connect it to God (I quickly read another one of you poems and was glad to confirm that you meant our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ) --especially your use of the term 'affinity'!
