Again And Again Poem by Tiffani Williams

A smile dances on your lips
your sly, lustful, boyish grin
and right back in,
I fall again.
Like a tear, ever so gracfully.
falls down to my chin,
My hope shots sky high,
but like a rocket, aiming too high,
crash down with a big BOOM,
shattered debris, you look like doom.
You smell like pain,
You taste like rain,
You show me all my tries are in vain,
Feeding my fears,
I'm not at all prepared.
except only to fail and fall again,
another tear hits my chin,
again and again...
