Age Shall Grow Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Age Shall Grow

Age shall grow

A wish so honorable
To face any trouble
And share the pain
But the problem remains

We all know
That age shall grow
We shall face decline
And body shall fail to tune

Only few shall be lucky
Who may have everything already?
Friends known and unknown
To whom you can say of your own

Some may come and whisper
In your ears
With intention to move along
Even if that shall be called wrong

I shall be delighted more
And therefore
Bear in mind and in heart
To be always inseparable part
