Airplane Mode Poem by Rob Lamberton

Airplane Mode

Rating: 5.0

I want to go with you
In airplane mode
With you I'll embark
Flying all night long

Feel the vibrations
As we lift off
Take me to first class
Feed me every delight

Your entertainment is the best
Lounging at high altitude
You rise me in thin air
Into the clouds

I want to hear you
Report from the cockpit
Feel our wings vibrate
Turbulence and a fastened seatbelt

Pause for a layover
Try out those sticky buns
Share a banana split, chocolate
Strawberries, Carmel and nuts

Pilot me into the sky
In airplane mode
Onboard entertainment
I'll earn the miles

You vividly and comprehensively capture the essence of an ideal airplane flight! Well worded, with taste, touch, sound, and sight attached!

We could feel the joy and excitement in this wonderful poem. Indeed, traveling through airplane is better appreciated when you are with someone you deeply care. Beautifully and brilliantly expressed. A great read.!
