Ajaan
Ajaan*
Call Ajaan* or prayers
Facilitates the crossing of layer
From unawareness to awareness
To the service of almighty with freshness
It is simple call of surrender
To the will of creator
O lord, take us from darkness to light
Give us good counsel never to fight
No other religion than Islam preaches
Brotherhood and love to search
In neighborhood and poor
Let the message be spread from door to door
Prayers to extend right from morning to evening
Five times a day for self refining
To acknowledge His presence
And understand the essence
Experience the morning time of Ajaan*
Or group of people passing through the street with hymns
It gives tremendous boost for self purification
The powerful words of prayers create new wave of identification
*Muslims use word for prayers

9 hours ago « Delete » Vanisha.... the mere ghar ki kuch duri me masjid hai aur kuch hi duri me tapovan mandir hai...subah jab mai ajaan aur tapovan mandir se ghantiyon aur mantras ke swar sunti hun lagta hai jaise gayatri mantro ko koi naya sur de raha hai aur ye waqt meditation me aur sur-taal de jata hai bada hi priye aur mann ko andolit..surmai...bhaktimai bana deta hai mujhe ye aapki kavita ne majboor ker diya ki mai apni anubhooti ko yahan likh pau....thanks for writing such a nice poetry...so nicely and deeply it is written...
