All Over Again Poem by Randy McClave

If I had to live my life all over again
And if I could choose a time and when,
If God gave me the power to do just that
I know just when and where I'd be at.
I would had started my search at an earlier age
When love was still all the rage,
I remember the best time in my life when it came around
But, sadly then I ignored the feeling and the sound.
I wish that God Almighty would had said yes
And unto that fact, I do solemnly confess,
Wishing I could live my life over again, one more time
And not committing a pain or a hurt or a crime.
Then I would have known where to go
And how to grow,
And exactly where I needed and wanted to be
If only God Almighty would had allowed me.
I would had found her earlier in my life
Knowing with grace of God we'd be husband and wife,
Then I would had been prouder and stronger
So, that I could had loved her happier and longer.
