Almost dead

There is an option
To come out of addiction
Initially keep some reduction
Then slowly and gradually new introduction

The sport is best course
It makes you no tense
Your attention is diverted
Now you are firmly seated

It makes energetic and healthy
All organs of body work smoothly
You are taking deep breathe
That makes each function really smooth

You are in tune with nature
With morning intake of fresh air
Birds too provide good melody
All these make you really happy

Addiction not only spoils good health
But slowly pushed towards death
With tension and worries inside head
You are almost dead
