Alone Poem by anju addanki

Alone

At evening when lamp is lit,
Home alone I sit,
Enfolding the rooms darkness,
Embracing loneliness.
Silently weeping on our Bed,
And eyes turning red,
The love we shared,
And the way we cared,
Now its just Emptiness,
With different airiness,
With closed eyes,
My heart cries,
I pray for your soul to rest in peace,
And our love continue to increase..............
