Alone With Thoughts Poem by Doris Cornago

Alone With Thoughts

Rating: 4.5

The sea matches your delight in light blue
As the sky matches the welcome crew
Flight clouds rolling in to hide
A blistering sun, joining
A throng of bluebirds
Canopy bloody red
August fun bled
Fear shed
Regret
None

In
Most
Beaches
Time's gone
Coyotes outcry
Left me alone with
Slew of memories brew
Kickbox demo, drudgery do
Delusional designer of Memo2
Keeping time with my own chatter
Water's fine, mellow like red wine
Quit the banter, go into the hurricane
Venturi hits you, whirl like a weather vane

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A lighthearted moment is being with casual friends. Such helpfulness in providing photos when your own is lost in at sea. Mishaps can't stop you as you are made ready for disasters, your roasted skin lightening for the moment of fun. So, one continues with expectations.: -)
COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Doris Cornago 19 August 2018

Looking back and comparing the best men that I've been gifted him. God was there all the time, in my loss and recuperation. Can anybody deny the hand that fashioned the firmament to hang on it all the stars is the same hand which molds men's destinations, if they hear that distant horn?
