Come on! ! Tell the truth, 'the whole truth and nothing but the truth', so help YOU God! [which is what TV used to show me was an oath given by witnesses at a trial]

Having witnessed closure used a few times in our parliament, and not being too happy with the results, I can accept ‘closure' as used here. Unfortunately, whenever I have seen it used, the perpetrators are never ‘open'.
