Rating: 5.0

Feel this precious moment
A drop dripping on the roof
Now flowing down a pane
Such crystal magnificence

Now a breeze touches you
The leaf trembling in view
Look with wide eyed wonder
Feel my breath touching you

Everything around abounds
In wonder, littlest sounds echo
In your mind, leaving traces
For finding through the hallways

Now here's a poem imprinting
Images through littlest words
Leaving sounds that surround
Us, all memories now long gone

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This youthful philosopher once taught me, in order to be happy, do not seek forever the big things and be frustrated, but hold in your hand small things and see them as big. I've henceforth loved this man because this is the way he courted me, obliquely, through philosophical messages which touched my heart indelibly. This may not be a big thing for some, but for me, his words are precious.

They say that when you're about to go to the other world, the last sense to go is the sense of hearing. So, I'll make it a point to hear these echoes in my mind of poems, and the wonder how they can make sounds. Keep hearing the poems, my dear friends, and you'll forever be unafraid.

The photo of two frogs looking at each other depicts the fact that the real world consists only of two entities - you and the significant other, each reflecting in the other his/her thoughts, in constant wonderment of a world now complete. No other thing matters but you connect with your other self, astonishing though it seems.
