A new dawn has broken
The blackbird has spoken
I feel all shiny and new

I wait to see when these paths I pass
How the breeze tramples the grass

I suddenly feel like a bride
On her bridal morn

All coy and shy
Waiting for new paths to form

A bridge to mend loneliness
A bridge to gap all the sorrows

She would never be lonely again
She has set her heart free

It will be hers again
She seeks not love or lust

But hopes to gain a little trust
For when this worldly life ends

She hope she has made amends
Have a soul to call her own

A true friend for life
Is what she seeks this night

She fears and falters at the first step
Why she is on virgin treads

This night would reveal the path
The rest of her life would have to chart

Is she going to be wait and be coy
Or will she she be able to satisfy her guy?

A new life has been gifted her
Bear with her be patient

She is still unsure
Is this her friend or the fiendish foe

Bear with her
As she gains

Trust by inches
Ells, spans and cubits

Be at her side and guide her please
She is unsure whom to appease

She has placed her hand into yours
Don't let go now she is only yours
