Angel And Beast
We could changes our ways.
That is, if we wanted to.
But we rest between
Angel and Beast.
We know our flaws,
We see them all around,
But we will never change ourselves.
We rest uneasily between
An angel and a beast.
A nice poem, but I feel that someone of your ability would have wanted to explore the ideas of the angel and the beast some more. Compared to other poems of yours the imagery is usually more vivid. However, I enjoyed the poem nonetheless.
