Today I woke up to a warm, sunny morning
To a miracle of another day of life
Today I feel blessed and thankful
For living another day given to me
For witnessing the glory of life
Feeling the warm light of the sun on my skin
And the cool touch of the breeze on my face
Remind me that I'm alive, feeling and breathing the essence of life
Today no matter what pain I feel, no matter how low my mood turns
I will try to live this day with cheer and gratefulness in my heart
Tomorrow another day will come that makes today a memory of yesterday
