Another Fact Of Life Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Another Fact Of Life

Rating: 5.0

S-un sets under the horizon,
H-igh heaven gets coal black;
I-t's truly a fact of life,
E-ither accept or turn back.
L-ong cold chill happens,
E-vening erases the light;
A-nother fact of life,
N-ew morn leaves the
N-ight.

M-ist and haze shroud the day,
A-nother fact of life;
R-iot and war bring chaos
T-o the world's endless strife.
I-t's another fact of life,
N-either fraud nor guile;
E-very cloud has a silver lining,
Z-enith makes one smile.

L-ies and deceit are common
U-nderneath where rumor is rife;
Z-one of mess is really
A-nother fact of life.
R-ise of the sun begins,
A-s the dawn is greatly hype;
T-enth October proves
A-nother fact of life.
