Anti-Racist Poem Poem by Happy Hannah

Anti-Racist Poem

* She was absent yesterday.

She is absent also today.

Hope to see her smile right away.

*Exam week is closer.

How can she stay at home forever?

She'll be a bright star in the future.

*Why the people are sly?

How could they spoil peace?

And how dare they hurt that much deep?

*All of the beliefs are a bit different.

But should it be the fact to ruin the innocent?

~I wrote this while I was longing for one of my student who couldn't come to school due to the wave of Myanmar-Muslim violence....

Humans are Humans. Period. I wish more people understood that. A really nice and praiseworthy thought. Thank you for sharing Hannah.
