You think a heart is just some piece of meat and that is all it will ever be,
A conclusion that came about from your treatment in town.
An option there would be to die for you, and the one you hold their heart captive would do so without a second beat,
But not an ounce of your soul would have some remorse because the world revolves around you, right?
Yeah it might, but there'll be a day you'll wake up to a lifeless sight. Not that any of us died, just that we decided to move out from more than just town.

You're living your best life, we all try to, except that the rest of us are conscious of karma.
Your demons don't seem to realize that it's a thing to them too, they refuse to level up because for some reason they believe they are the baddest.
Keep on keeping them pumped up, they'll be the greatest of all time until they realize they caught the wrong flight.
They'll keep bringing the worst out of you till they realize such streets have their rulers, and you're not in the alpha team.

Your angels are still within you, I know for a fact because I've witnessed their magic first hand.
I just don't get why you prefer to suffocate them instead of their counterparts. Or maybe I'm the only who experiences such.
If I am then I was never meant to be in your life, I could be twisting my heart with what could have been when it comes to us, yet there was nothing to become in the first place.
See, our souls could be intertwined but maybe we were never meant to exist in each other's worlds. That all we can ever be is too souls attached, existing miles apart.
