Are We All Just Rag Dolls Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Are We All Just Rag Dolls

Life is not forever, everything we think of and see on earth
is not a lasting place, disappearing, vanishing at the end,
our final sunsetical horizon.

Leaving this world and everything on it for another place we
call heaven, does our life have any meaning for anyone except
us as individuals in this finality of life this moment of life.

As it's taken away from us what's the reason or meaning of any of this here on earth? Heartache, loss, grief, death, hurt, sacrifice,
shame, humiliation?

Are we all just rag dolls being thrown from one episode to an-
other, do we ever really learn anything from all of it or does
it not actually matter to anyone?

What about God, how does He feel about all that we go through,
often wonder about that, but nothing ever comes forward, not
even in writing.
