I'd like to paint please show me how,
The pull is strong within me now,
Create in colours, let them flow,
Express emotions, let them go.
Watercolour is my first choice.
Lilting landscape lures me, voice
Pleading, to paint, to capture
Scenery to enrapture.
Swift sketch on paper so pristine;
Variable wash to set the scene.
Dab in clouds. Now, where's the light?
Take care to keep those parts bright.
Mixing and merging tonals grow,
Form valleys, hills and forest floor.
Brush in branches, spatter on leaves;
Dry wash on water if you please.
Stand back, view the emerging scene.
Water reflection's like a dream.
Stroke here, touch there signature neat,
Passion spent, masterpiece complete.
Yes! Masterpiece complete! A masterpiece of words and expressions. kudos sathya narayana
