As True To Yourself Poem by Francis Duggan

As True To Yourself

Rating: 5.0

To your higher self try to remain as true
And always pay to others the respect they are due
And in your words never drag anyone down
To big note yourself on your side of the town
The wealthy for their wealth one not ought to begrudge
Do we have the right for to be their judge?
If they have wronged others in any sort of a way
Leave them to Karma their price for to pay
From being mean to others some does stand to gain
But live and let live as a truism remain
We sow our own Karma in truth one say
What goes around comes around life works in this way
There is a price to pay for every ill gotten gain
As true to yourself try to remain.
