J-ust ask according to God's will,
E-xpress your humility;
S-ay a fervent prayer,
S-o the Lord may
A-gree.
C-ancel the unkind request,
L-ord God shall not listen;
A-llow your plea to be
V-ery good neath the heaven.
A-im to have proper purpose,
N-ot an intention so ill;
O-n the twelfth of September, ask according to God's will.
