At Crossroads

Unknown is life
Unknown are its ways
Torn between choices
I stand beside and stare
At the crossroads wondering
Of clouds and rain and thunder
And ask life for answers
It's not so much a matter
Of what choices I make
But being myself is what matters
Imagine crossroads of infinite ways
And outcome of many likelihoods
One mistake in such a foggy path
Might render life mute and crippled
Any decision made with myself absent
Might lead me not to my potential best
So I tread path carefully and with intention
Whence comest I is unknown
But the road that lies ahead is mine
And I have to walk and walk on
One mistake in such a foggy path Might render life mute and crippled......................thoughtful write...really nice
A beautiful poem rich in meaning and perfect in diction! Enjoyed the lines One mistake in such a foggy path Might render life mute and crippled Any decision made with myself absent Might lead me not to my potential best................Each decision we make is crucial..... Equally important it is that each decision is taken with our own full consciousness and not compelled by others! A sure 10
