At Last I Stopped
The weather was
Pleasant and serene,
I was walking
With an easy mind,
After some time......
An important question came
In my tranquil mind,
'Have I recognised myself? '
It was a very difficult question
For me to answer at that time,
I tried hard
To get rid of it,
But in vain,
The question had been already
Deeply ingrained in my mind,
At last I stopped walking
With an agonizing soul.
Questions that are left unanswered will always stir the mind. A wonderful poem that resonates to many.
