Attention seeker,
What people use when somebody in pain,
Judgemental from the start,
Im suppose to trust you?
I know my battles inside.
Do you?
You seem to know me so well.
Seem to know how to fix my problems.
Well maybe you not trying hard enough?
I fight every year.
The results are worse,
When i listen to people who dont understan.
What going on inside and out.
The more i share.

Im at wits end.
I'm losing my mind.
I don't know what to do.
Im tired of hearing,
Maybe you not trying hard enough?
Are you doing what i told you?
Depression and anxiety are no joke.
I can't turn it off when i want.
There only two choices.
Fight or flight.
