Attention, attention,
look with your ears,
hear with your heart,
feel with your spirit.
Can you do that?

If not then maybe we need some help.
Maybe we need a guide to
assist us in attention skill.

I acknowledge your presence,
and hold you up to the Light.
Clarify, clarify, make a focus of
the Path held before us.
Be glad, be glad, for others and
yourself, be glad for plants and creatures.

Invite, entrance Power,
allow Power to move through,
give the gift of Power.
Think I said to myself,
of the best thought you can think.
Think of Light, Grace and Beauty.
Meditate on useful things,
let your face turn toward the Son,
be at home in this our shared Youniverse.
