takes breath by Allah sound
Exhale by hoo sound
so allahu allah
MORASTA:
salving the six senses
MORAQABA:
meditation in solitude
MOYAQABA:
disfavoring the natures
MUJAHADA:
struggle against nafs or sweet will
MUATBAH:
rebuking the self
GOD seats in the mind
when mind is fine by controlling nature
god takes the chair in heart
you feel jannat or HEAVEN here not THERE! !
