Autumn Leaves, Wind-Weary Poem by james watkin

Autumn Leaves, Wind-Weary

Rating: 5.0

Autumn leaves, wind-weary
Rush gaily to their graves.
So enchafed, no flesh craves
Finis so blatantly.

Autumn leaves, spinning down
To the spring of their trust.
Whereas men conceive but dust
After they've been blown.
