Awaiting Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Awaiting

Rating: 5.0

My eyes blinding
Me to beauty
Today stolen

My ears deafening
Heavy sounds resounding
Nature's music now dying

My mouth tasting
The scorched earth's drought
Humanity

My nose smelling
Stench of evil
Armageddon

My arms embracing
All humanity
Garden of Eden
