B: Xxvi: Left Room - Poem by Douglas Scotney
You achieve content
From petty remorse
But there's room for crimes of intent.
Murder One and hanging,
Bitching, treachery, selfishness,
Hatred of poems and theft
Are what you inevitably get
When there's plenty of vacant room left.
