Bad Parenting - Poem by lachlan bates

The feeling of her fathers hand running up & down her thigh
Her arms decorated with scars from the bed
Her fathers laugh as she lays there scared
Thoughts of suicide cloud her head
”But will I! “ She said
She always thought she'd be better off dead.
