Be Cordial Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Be Cordial

I bear no grudge
But shall not budge
From my stand
To call you as friend

It was my endeavor
To treat with respect and honor
As an individual member
I needed good offer

I wish to find someone
Who is happy one!
Can keep me safe
And adopt as wife

You were short of coward
Who breached each word?
Turned negative at each proposal
Your presence and action was dismal

Yet I shall be cordial
To you as an individual
I care for human value
And certainly from that point view too
