Is this all just a game to you
Some funny little deed
A beautiful lie
One thats breaking me
Ripping, Shattering
Tearing me apart
Leave me alone
Of you, I can't take no more
Oh so beautiful
Feeling so right
How wrong, How cruel
Such a beautiful lie
A horrid little deed
This is a game to you
But oh not to me
Never to me

Great juxtaposition in the title. This poem expresses a great theme, the harm of game playing in relationships. No wonder so many people are unable to trust and are suspicious when their significant others say the three words they only wish were being said with total abandonment and complete honesty. The beautiful lie is promulgated so often that cynicism over shadows all.
