Begged Poem by Tom Allport

Begged

Rating: 5.0

She was left on a doorstep
Abandoned at birth
Her mother ran away
She was left to the church
Life growing up
Was hard this way
Without a true family
Only hope to pray
But miracles do happen
After years apart
Her mother found her
Begged for a new start.
