Behind the curtain
a man who does not
want to appear
without his mask
Behind the curtain
a man whose face
wears shame and guilt
hiding behind the curtain
hiding his identity
never exposing
himself to inquiry
Behind
the curtain
is a man afraid
to face his fear
Behind
the curtain
is a man whose deeds
will not let
him be at peace
Behind the curtain
a man whose demons
are trying to
kill him dead!
