The tears dropp down my oversized cheeks,
I haven't been home in weeks,
I'm stuck here in this institution,
I knew when I had the chance I should've run.
But now I'm here to stay,
For forever and a day,
I've been here for what seems like years,
This is one of my worst fears.
Stuck in a hallway with no windows,
Making friends; one stays, another goes.
But I am bound to the building,
Bound to a a pair of girls that can sing.
While I just sit down and write,
As the girls in here scream and fight,
Belmont Pines is the name of the hospital,
In the game of life I fail.
