Betrayal, No Free Gifts Poem by Sandra Feldman

Betrayal, No Free Gifts

They line their pockets
Left and right,
Into politics,
Not for you
But for its might
Power taken,
Lies, not fights
For all our rights,
Beware of those
Bearing free gifts,
Lost in deep pockets,
And called Gyps.

You're just the fools
That gave them keys
To take you over,
"Legally".

Politics is always about power and control..on both sides as politicians are expected to do one thing reliable and that is to lie
