Birth Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Birth

Rating: 5.0

When sound is
So damn loud
You can't
Hear
Deafness
And hearing
Cries out loud
Screaming for
Attention
And blindness
Searches for
Mere light
Tastefully
Relishing
New-found sight
Miracle
Is now born

This is a fabulous Verse, Richard. There is birth itself that these words nurture. They are also an homage to the process of discovery and self-awareness. When one is blind and sheltered, the primal yell of discovery can birth the Eureka moment. Terrific work, Richard.
