Birth And Death Poem by Sankhajit Bhattacharjee

Birth And Death

Rating: 5.0

When one is born,
one cries aloud.
Do you know what he/she conveys?
'I want freedom from hunger'.

When one dies,
one passes away silently.
Do you know what he/ she whispers?
'I want freedom from sufferings'.

Verily, birth opens to desires leading to suffering And death ends the suffering

A new birth confirms another death in due course. Birth and death, each seeking for freedom...10.
