Black Suit Rebellion Poem by Dakota Ellerton

Black Suit Rebellion

I walked across the borderline,
five noose' around my neck,
my hands tied behind my back.
What crime had I commited?
A sea of men in black,
stood before me with arrows.
I walked closer, as instructed.
One wrong move,
and the men far back,
would pull each noose from a different direction.
My palms started to sweat,
it's hopeless but I can't give in.
I free'd my hands and removed each noose,
they prepared their bows.
I heard each arrow pierce through the air,
I was almost too mezmorized to move.
I only slightly dodged them, this time.
I ran to a near by fence,
as they prepared to fire.
Again, they shot at me,
this time a small arrow had pierced my flesh,
but I couldn't feel anything.
I climbed the fence,
my finger tips ripped raw.
As soon as I'd landed on the other side,
everyone had vanished.
As had the arrow in my stomach.
I was somewhere almost, familiar.
It resembled my old school yard.
I walked around,
it was night time now.
Suddenly a man appeared,
someone I've never seen.
He knew my secret.
'Young man' he'd call me.
He grasped my inner thoughts,
and shoke me.
'He kissed YOU, is that what happened..'
i felt so confused.
Is that why those people had tried to kill me?
I stood there,
as my head began to spin.
Trying to remember now,
is nearly impossible.
Had...
another man kissed me?
