Blessed Needing Less To Prove It Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Blessed Needing Less To Prove It

No one lives,
To grow from one stage to another.
Done to have aged.
And blessed with this to do,
Without learning a few lessons.
Needing less to argue about.
Or proving in debate,
The value of what to them...
Had been taught.
With anyone who perceives,
They can dispute the experiences...
Someone who has aged,
Personally lived to care less...
Who may object, reject and refuses to accept,
What one who has aged.
Admitting without permission given,
Of knowing what is to feel blessed...
Living every moment of it to earn!
