Blind Poem by Kristinahh KIMBER

Blind

If true love be blind
promise to never open my eyes
for i would rather see the dark
i would travel the world of ghosts tha not feel the warmth of your breath
sight isnt worth the loss of your touch
the deep hollow gound cannot live without your feet
if i am forever blinded by your presence stay by my side forever
for the beauty of your face shall be just a memory
a beauty that will haunt my dreams
a memory that will see your ghost as i sleep
dreaming of your once so happy face now so distressed and cold
smile lovely creator of my happieness
help me stay warm through the cold frigid night
for the ground is now just an earthquake
not living without your feet
this earthquake will forever keep me awake
only with my eyes deeply closed
