Not only contains lots of pieces of paper,
And joined together inside a cover,
But each page we turn,
Adds to our enthusiasm and makes us learn.
Develops our creativity and imagination;
Refreshes our mind,
Religiously, historically, fictionally and our vocab
Books of all kind.
But for some who
blows their own trumpet,
Thinks - why read?
When there is no need.
But unaware of truth,
That whatever they said,
Will never let them go ahead. For,
this is the truth which they cannot neglect.
According to 'William Barclay':
Reading is the right way
For learning and enjoyment
At the same moment.
But for some who blows their own trumpet, Thinks - why read? When there is no need awesome...hmmm so lovely one

This is a poem with lots and lots of wisdom. Reading books is sooooo important. I have a lot of friends who refuse to read anything that strictly does not belong to their culture. I like to read the people opposing my opinion. It is important that we critically read what our opponents think. We have to be strong in our own values and beliefs and not be easily swayed away, but reading books from all types of cultures will gives us insights and respect for other people as well. I really feel this poem is so great. Congrats.
