Boredom

Can you see
What it did to me?
Boredom shackles,
Boredom baffles
But yet it traces
My thoughts of
What reality could be.
A fine line between
Love and hate
Divides my attention
On happiness and
Neglect. The qualms
Of life erode me
As hope dissolves
Completely. Nothing
More to do but
I'll let this ego
Rub my mind
And let anxiety
Suffocate me.
