poetry poems by Terence Craddock are like the infamous
Forrest Gump quote 'life is like a box of chocolates'
because forget the box designed packaging
'you don't know what your going to get till you look inside'
does not even work; bite into the poem to taste;
is it bitter sour to taste or sweet as honey
which chocolate flavour options did you desire
was reader first option selected a good desire choice
somewhere among ranks of thousands might be
the poem on the topic addressing the question
with insight perspectives answers to questions
which were plaguing you; somewhere among masses
of poems are answers or insights to a few questions
plaguing; the question is can you look can you look;
can you read find it; without moments of time effort
or serendipity synchronicity; sometimes sought answers
are decades coming sometimes instant given away;
